Project Description

It is known that communities become strengthened when women and men support and value each other in all aspects of their lives. Therefore, the purpose of this project was to train a group of women from three villages from Salaj (Rus, Fântanele and Buzas), in order to encourage them get involve in the community activities.

Gender program values equality between woman and man in terms of decision making, livestock raising and sharing equally activities and benefits.
